Your responsibilities in a few words!
Participate in the Group’s ESG positioning and supply chain outreach activities – Structure and implement rigorous and compliant processes surrounding the collection and management of ESG data with clearly defined internal roles and responsibilities – Evaluate appropriate tools to facilitate data collection – Prepare material for the management team and Board of Directors – Compile and analyze ESG information for communication and reporting purposes – Contribute to the development and updating of the sustainable development section in collaboration with various internal teams – Contribute to the development and updating of the sustainable development section in collaboration with various internal teams – Contribute to the development and updating of the sustainable development section in collaboration with various internal teams. Compile and analyze ESG information for communication and reporting purposes – Optimize the annual disclosure process in collaboration with various internal teams – Contribute to the development and updating of the sustainable development section of the website – Support the monitoring of ESG news and prepare summaries of issues and trends – Identify updates related to GRI standards, SASB, TCFD and ISSB standards – Contribute to the deployment of initiatives related to GRI, SASB, TCFD and ISSB standards – Manage requests for information on ESG issues from investors, rating agencies or other stakeholders – Analyze rating agency reports and propose action plans – Collaborate in the production of external documents, notably the sustainable development report and the statement on modern slavery – Support the ESG Strategy Advisor in managing the company’s ESG positioning
