Your responsibilities in a few words!

Gérer et mettre à jour les profils employés dans les systèmes RH – Administrer les ajustements salariaux et les avantages sociaux – Préparer et analyser des rapports pour la direction – Gérer les adhésions et désinscriptions des employés aux programmes d’assurance collective – Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la rémunération et les avantages sociaux – Coordonner les processus d’intégration et de départ – Rédiger et émettre des lettres d’emploi et des vérifications d’emploi – Soutenir l’administration de la paie et des ajustements salariaux – Sensibiliser les employés aux programmes d’avantages sociaux – Collaborer à divers projets liés à la rémunération et avantages sociaux.

Your assets for this position!

Degree in human resources, accounting or related field
1 to 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits
Experience with Dayforce, Ceridian, Powerpay (asset)
Skills with advanced technology platforms in talent management and payroll operations
Experience with Canadian and US payroll (asset)
Good understanding of accounting practices (asset)
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks with precision
Professional, customer service-oriented approach and team collaboration
Bilingualism essential (English and French)
