Your responsibilities in a few words!

Coordinate the daily operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable team – Manage the team’s performance – Perform month-end closings – Issue checks and bank transfers – Manage sales taxes – Be the main contact with the bank for day-to-day activities – Document internal procedures – Perform month-end processes and year-end audits – Take charge of the insurance file – Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders – Develop and share knowledge of project accounting – Develop and share knowledge of project accounting Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders – Develop and share knowledge of project accounting – Promote and apply health and safety practices

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC or BAC in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Knowledge of project-based accounting (asset)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience in conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated skills in continuous improvement
  • Bilingualism: Required in French and English
