Your responsibilities in a few words!
Assign and coordinate the work of the customer service team to meet customer deadlines – Supervise employees at two different sites to maintain high quality service – Travel once or twice a week to Laval – Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) – Take charge of continuous improvement projects to optimize service and customer satisfaction – Participate in operational tasks, including customer file management, during periods of high demand – Effectively manage customer requests, taking into account the specifics of manufactured products – Collaborate with production, sales and quality departments to improve processes – Train and support the team in the development of key customer service skills – Participate in the hiring, integration and performance evaluation of employees
Your assets for this position!
College diploma (DEC) in management, business administration or related field
2 to 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory position, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with rigor and organization
Mastery of IT tools and management software (CRM)
Leadership and ability to motivate a team
Strong sense of customer service and results orientation
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Ability to effectively solve problems and collaborate with multiple internal teams
Fluency in French and English at a professional level
