Your responsibilities in a few words!

Compile billing information from agreements and operational reports – Perform billing – Review contracts, bids and agreements – Post invoices – Act as liaison with sales and operations – Ensure accuracy of billing information – Update billing procedures and practices as required

Your assets for this position!

  • DEP or AEC in accounting, administration or a discipline relevant to the role
  • Experience in billing (asset)
  • Familiarity with billing
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Sense of detail, meticulousness and rigor
  • Bilingualism: required
  • Summary
