Your responsibilities in a few words!

Act as the accounts payable, banking, prepayment, accruals and capex reconciliations manager – Ensure all internal controls are followed and in place – Manage expenditures to accounts by analyzing invoices/expense reports and recording receipts – Ensure vendor terms are accurate – Suggest payment cycles based on age of accounts payable – Pay vendors by verifying tax ID numbers, Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, contracts, invoices and payments – Process monthly credit card statements and employee expenses – Reconcile sales taxes monthly – Distribute payroll – Assist accounting department with month-end activities
