Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform accounts receivable billing – Follow up with customers – Validate transactions, applicable rates and ancillary fees – Validate account openings – Perform bank reconciliations – Perform employee payroll calculations – Produce detailed reports – Maintain various records

Your assets for this position!

  • Degree in accounting, administration or other education relevant to the role
  • Minimum 2 years experience with invoicing, bank reconciliations, customer account opening
  • Familiarity with corporate payroll
  • Knowledge of the transportation sector (asset)
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Bilingualism: required

    An ideal opportunity for a self-starter who is meticulous, proactive and would like to develop their accounting skills. Reporting to the Director of Finance, a gentle, attentive and responsive manager, you will be primarily responsible for invoicing and following up with clients.
