Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare and maintain accounting documentation – Prepare bank deposits and general ledger entries – Perform bank reconciliations in two different currencies and credit card reconciliations – Manage accounts payable and receivable – Ensure compliance with payment terms – Enter financial transaction data into the accounting system on a daily basis – Follow up on accounting-related e-mails and calls – Enter cash receipts and make deposits – Validate all timesheets to ensure accuracy of employee pay.

Your assets for this position!

DEC or AEC in administration, accounting or a field relevant to the role

Minimum 2 years' experience in SMEs (reconciliations, invoicing, collections, etc.)

Familiarity with treasury, cash flow, foreign currencies and Sage software (assets)

Excellent command of the Office Suite

Bilingualism: required
