Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform data entry related to invoicing and bank deposits – Take care of mail and filing of documents – Pass on information to the appropriate person upon receipt of customer payments – Ensure that supplier accounts are paid on time – Open customer and supplier accounts in the software – Ensure accuracy of information entered in the computer system – Print cheques – Receive merchandise – Enter employee payrolls in Acomba – Perform year-end payroll – Participate in year-end and year-end tax procedures – Complete the year-end and year-end tax returns – Complete the year-end and year-end tax returns. Print cheques – Receive merchandise – Enter employee payroll on Acomba – Perform year-end payroll – Participate in year-end and beginning-of-year tax procedures – Complete general ledger codes and make inventory adjustments – Perform monthly bank reconciliations – Perform D.A.S., T.P.S., T.V.Q., deposits, etc. – Invoice tenants for rent – Be the contact person for insurance and CNESST – Apply for special truck permits – Answer and follow up on calls and e-mails received – Order office supplies – Renew service contracts – Take care of renewing special permits and truck stickers

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC in administration, accounting or a field relevant to the role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, secretarial work and/or accounting
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite and Acomba
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and CNESST
  • Bilingualism: required
