Your responsibilities in a few words!

Act as a business partner Finance – Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts – Collaborate in the quarterly financial closing process – Ensure communications with suppliers – Support all company departments in managing the procurement-to-payment process – Track commitments in the accounting system, to facilitate invoice payment – Submit purchase requisitions, monitor purchase order consumption and manage the addition of funds to purchase orders – Handle regular follow-ups on workflows – Produce ad hoc analyses
