Your responsibilities in a few words!

Plan and organize work to meet deadlines – Prepare and analyze weekly transactions according to age of accounts – Compile hours worked to produce payroll and tax documents – Analyze month-end balance sheets and reports (financial statements, Produce tax (GST/QST) and instalment reports – Prepare accounting entries – Provide support to accounting clerks – Perform all other related tasks.

Your assets for this position!

Diploma in administration or accounting
3 to 5 years' experience in the accounting field
Complete mastery of the accounting and payroll cycle
Excellent organization and rigor
Ability to manage priorities and change
Mastery of the Office Suite
Knowledge of Sage300 (major asset)
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
Exemplary discretion and diplomacy
Strong team spirit and cooperation
