Your responsibilities in a few words!
Responsible for the complete cycle of accounts payable and receivable – Record invoices – Follow-up with project managers – Make payments – Analyze age of accounts and statements – Follow-up on purchase orders – Invoice customers – Participate in analyses to allocate common expenses – Perform bank reconciliations and tax remittances – Produce various account analyses – Maintain up-to-date inventories – Participate in the budget process – Prepare payroll and prepare DAS remittances.
