Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage the complete accounts payable cycle for the construction division – Coordinate a remote team based in Madagascar – Manage invoice blocking and follow-up with suppliers – Produce T4A and T5018 tax statements – Review and approve payments while maximizing prompt payment discounts – Ensure regulatory compliance related to the construction sector (CCQ, CNESST) – Collaborate actively with the financial and operational teams.
Your assets for this position!
DEP or DEC in accounting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts payable, ideally in the construction or related sector
Mastery of construction ERP software
Advanced mastery of Excel
Ability to work in a fast-growing, high-volume environment
Good organizational and priority management skills
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Self-motivated, rigorous, and adaptable to rapid change
Bilingualism in French and English
