Your responsibilities in a few words!

Process supplier invoices and verify their conformity with purchase orders and contracts – Prepare and make payments while respecting deadlines – Reconcile supplier account statements and resolve discrepancies – Maintain and update accounting databases and supplier files – Assist with financial reporting and monthly closing – Support general administrative tasks related to accounting – Participate in special projects and continuous process improvement – Communicate with suppliers (French and English-speaking) to respond to requests and resolve issues.

Your assets for this position!

Accounting training (DEC, AEC or DEP)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with accounts payable and general accounting
Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Familiarity with Power BI (asset)
Knowledge of an ERP (asset, e.g. Webmino)
Resourcefulness, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once
Proficiency in French at an advanced level and English at a professional level
