Your responsibilities in a few words!

Codifier les factures et les rapports de dépenses – Vérifier les codifications et les calculs – Saisir les factures dans le système comptable – Préparer et émettre les paiements (chèques et transferts électroniques) — Effectuer la refacturation des dépenses aux clients selon les contrats – Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs – Participer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles – Ouvrir les dossiers des nouveaux fournisseurs et gérer les demandes d’ouverture de crédit – Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus comptables.

Your assets for this position!

DEC in accounting or equivalent training
3 to 5 years’ experience in accounts payable management
Good command of Excel, including the creation of pivot tables
Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset)
Knowledge of an ERP such as SOFT (an asset)
Attention to detail and rigor in the application of accounting processes
Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a manual environment
Analytical mind and facility in searching for information in operational databases.
Bilingualism: able to speak and write clearly in French (use of English is required at an intermediate level).
