Your responsibilities in a few words!
Réviser et trier les factures des fournisseurs – Concilier les états de comptes fournisseurs – Saisir les factures dans le système comptable – Préparer et émettre les paiements hebdomadaires – Produire des rapports liés aux comptes payables – Participer aux conciliations et aux fermetures de périodes – Soutenir la contrôleuse financière dans les tâches comptables – Contribuer à l’amélioration des procédures internes – Participer à l’intégration comptable des nouvelles entités – S’adapter à l’environnement multi-cliniques en croissance
Your assets for this position!
2 or more years’ experience in accounts payable management
Excellent command of accounting software
Very good knowledge of Excel
Experience in an SME or service company (an asset)
Knowledge of the clinic or multi-site company sector (an asset)
Fluency in French and functional English
Ability to navigate grey areas
Good organization and attention to detail
