Your responsibilities in a few words!
Traiter les factures des fournisseurs et vérifier la codification des factures avec le bon de commande et corroborer les calculs – Assurer le respect des politiques de l’entreprise concernant le traitement des factures, notamment les niveaux d’approbation – Préparer les paiements, émettre les chèques et effectuer les transferts électroniques de fonds conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise – Effectuer les paiements des loyers, acomptes provisionnels et remises syndicales selon les échéanciers établis – Saisir les transferts de fonds internes – Gérer les appels des fournisseurs – Contribuer à la clôture des périodes comptables selon les responsabilités définies et les délais impartis – Concilier les relevés de comptes des fournisseurs des filiales attribuées – Gérer l’’ouverture des dossiers de nouveaux fournisseurs dans le système comptable et des demandes d’ouverture de crédit
Your assets for this position!
DEC in administrative techniques, accounting option, or relevant experience
1 to 5 years’ experience in accounts payable
Working knowledge of English
Connaissance des multi-compagnies ou multi-devises (atout)
Excellent command of MS Office software.
A good understanding of accounting and coding.
