Your responsibilities in a few words!

Effectuer la tenue de livres complète pour une clientèle PME – Préparer les conciliations bancaires, rapports de taxes, paies et déductions à la source – Effectuer le suivi auprès des clients et répondre à leurs demandes – Assurer l’exactitude et la rigueur des données comptables – Travailler avec différents outils technologiques et plateformes cloud – Collaborer avec les responsables de dossiers pour le suivi des états financiers – Respecter les échéanciers et les cycles comptables mensuels ou trimestriels

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or equivalent
Minimum two years’ experience in an accounting firm or SME
Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, Excel
Knowledge of current tax obligations (taxes, DAS, payroll)
Experience in complete bookkeeping
Good written and oral communication skills in French
Ability to manage several files simultaneously
Autonomy in organizing work
Strong customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines
