Your responsibilities in a few words!
Prepare the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and financial plan for the Group and agent funds – Develop financial, operational and business development performance measures aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives, and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders – Support the business lines and senior management in achieving their strategic objectives as financial partners – Ensure optimal use of Group resources by implementing controls, Ensure that the Group is adequately financed in line with its capital policy – Manage liquidity, interest-rate, market and foreign-currency risk, and ensure that the Group’s financial position is sound, Manage the Group’s real estate and rental assets, and ensure that employees enjoy a stimulating working environment in line with current and future trends – Ensure the delivery of mandates relating to tax measures and the Immigrant Investor program – Develop the Finance sector’s strategy and ensure its implementation – Ensure the development and mobilization of the teams under his/her responsibility, as well as the implementation of a culture based on collaboration, commitment, boldness, respect and results – Ensure the delivery of mandates relating to tax measures and the Immigrant Investor program – Develop the Finance sector’s strategy and ensure its implementation – Ensure the development and mobilization of the teams under his/her responsibility, as well as the implementation of a culture based on collaboration, commitment, boldness, respect and results respect and results – Ensure the evolution and performance of the large Finance team’s systems, and work with the Technology team to enhance the Group’s data – Collaborate with the Corporate Project Office on financial governance and project evaluation – Collaborate with the Credit sector on the development of strategies and guidelines for the pricing of financing operations – Collaborate with the Integrated Risk Management sector on the assessment and management of Group risks – Participate in meetings of the Vice-Presidents’ Committee.
