Your responsibilities in a few words!

Ensure overall compliance management and updating – Manage the compliance calendar and compliance program – Support the customer service team in opening simple accounts – Complete required regulatory documents – Oversee the implementation of risk and compliance training programs for employees – Complete due diligence questionnaires for prospects and existing customers – Support internal and external audit partners – Ensure continuous monitoring for the group, including website and social media monitoring – Conduct compliance validation of personal transactions and code of conduct approval – Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement within the team

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role

Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Canadian compliance in the financial sector

Experience in international compliance (asset)

Knowledge of the legal or paralegal sector (an asset)

Ability to collaborate and communicate information

Ability to work in an asset management environment (asset)

Bilingualism: required
