Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assist bank regulatory reporting managers to maintain and improve processes – Prepare required bank regulatory reports, perform daily, monthly and quarterly production for various regulatory bodies under US GAAP – Apply controls and ensure financial statements are balanced- Prepare balance sheet and income statement reconciliations – Analyze, reconcile and review all accounts under his/her responsibility performing variance analysis of corresponding revenue/balance items, highlighting trends and monitoring issues/concerns – Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders – Identify, report and remedy data quality issues – Participate in bank examinations as well as internal and external audits – Establish and maintain communication between groups and ensure that regulatory reporting requirements are properly addressed – Assist with the implementation of the new reporting tool, carry out tests and follow-ups.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA an asset

Minimum 5 years' experience in financial reporting or equivalent functions

Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting in banking and financial institutions

Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including recent pronouncements (asset)

Knowledge of FBO requirements, Axiom and SQL an asset

Excel skills with formulas (including pivot tables, SEARCHV, SUM.SI)

Knowledge of English is required
