Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network – Carry out research on specific candidates – Propose innovative strategies for finding potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks) – Analyze and follow up on applications – Carry out the entire recruitment process (phone call, interview, presentation, coaching, negotiation, etc.) – Conduct proactive headhunting – Maintain candidate files in our system (CRM) – Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates shine in the marketplace.Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates to shine in the marketplace.
