Your responsibilities in a few words!
Prospecter de nouveaux talents et développer un réseau professionnel – Exécuter la recherche de candidats spécifiques – Proposer des stratégies novatrices de recherche de candidats potentiels à l’aide de différents outils (base de données, LinkedIn, moteurs de recherches d’emplois, réseaux sociaux) – Analyser les candidatures et en assurer le suivi – Faire tout le processus de recrutement (appel téléphonique, entrevue, présentation, coaching, négociation, etc.) – Faire de la chasse de tête proactive – Maintenir à jour les dossiers candidats dans notre système (CRM) – Participer à divers projets spéciaux de développement organisationnel – Aider les candidats sélectionnés à rayonner sur le marché.

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, etc.)
– Professional designation CPA, CRHA, CFA (assets)
– Recruiting, sales, consulting or customer service skills, etc.
– Recognized for human values, integrity, team spirit, conscientiousness and determination
– Functional bilingualism in English or French
