Your responsibilities in a few words!

Review audit files, notices to the reader, review engagements, and tax returns – Train Train, manage and accompany interns throughout the production of mandates and review the work produced by them – Evaluate the needs of clients to better advise them according to the firm’s processes – Conduct a monthly follow-up of the performance of each employee’s statistics while making relevant recommendations – Establish the department’s mandates by selecting work teams that will be able to meet deadlines – Prepare the invoicing of mandates according to standards and follow up on monthly invoicing Prepare the billing of mandates according to the standards and follow up on the monthly billing – Bring new methods to improve the efficiency of the team – Participate in the management of social networks and the website by bringing points of improvement on the marketing strategies – Assist in the development of the firm’s business

Your assets for this position!

– CPA designation;
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience;
– Firm experience in assurance;
– Good communication skills, autonomous and able to delegate;
– Transparent and approachable;
– Functional bilingualism (asset).
