Your responsibilities in a few words!

Leading financial and operational performance mandates – Supporting executives in their growth, succession or transformation plans – Acting as a business coach and strategic advisor – Developing and structuring the firm’s consulting services offering – Managing a multidisciplinary team with leadership – Actively participating in the firm’s growth – Contributing to the firm’s outreach to Quebec SMEs – Keeping a strategic watch on best business practices – Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients – Identifying new business opportunities

Your assets for this position!

Significant experience in a consulting firm or strategic corporate role
Professional designation CPA, CBV, CFA or equivalent experience
Excellent strategic and financial analysis skills
Demonstrated team management skills
In-depth knowledge of SME issues
Fluency in spoken and written French
Comprehension of English in a professional context
Ability to evolve in an entrepreneurial and growing environment
Experience in developing professional offers or services
Ability to build trusting relationships with managers
