Your responsibilities in a few words!

Complete bookkeeping for small and medium-sized businesses – Prepare bank reconciliations, tax reports, payroll and source deductions – Follow up with customers and respond to their requests – Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of accounting data – Work with various technological tools and cloud platforms – Collaborate with file managers to follow up on financial statements – Respect deadlines and monthly or quarterly accounting cycles

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or equivalent
Minimum two years’ experience in an accounting firm or SME
Proficiency in tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, Excel
Knowledge of current tax obligations (taxes, DAS, payroll)
Full bookkeeping experience
Good written and oral communication skills in French
Ability to manage several files simultaneously
Autonomy in organizing work
Strong sense of customer service
Ability to meet deadlines
