Your responsibilities in a few words!

Business development and customer management (50%) – Cultivate and deepen relationships with a portfolio of prestigious customers – Develop new business opportunities with potential customers – Understand the evolving needs of leading organizations and propose appropriate recruitment solutions – Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Kenova’s growth – Offer distinctive customer support that reinforces our positioning of excellence

Recruitment and headhunting activities (50%) – Personally lead complex or strategic recruitment mandates for professional and executive positions – Advise high-level candidates on their career paths with a personalized approach – Ensure the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes meeting the requirements of a prestigious clientele – Contribute to the innovation of our methods to guarantee sustainable placements

Your assets for this position!

Professional designation (CHRP, CPA, etc.)
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a consulting or recruitment firm
Demonstrated experience in business development and customer account management
Experience in team management and talent development
Professional network in accounting⁄ finance, administration or HR, particularly with professionals and executives (assets)
Best practices in recruitment and headhunting for high-level positions
Functional bilingualism (French and English)
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build lasting relationships of trust with prestigious customers
Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Transparency and benevolence
