Your responsibilities in a few words!
Piloter le processus budgétaire et les prévisions financières – Superviser les fonctions liées au prix de revient, inventaires, budgets et analyses stratégiques – Fournir des analyses financières avancées pour soutenir la prise de décision – Améliorer continuellement les processus financiers et administratifs – Collaborer étroitement avec le contrôle financier et la direction – Encadrer, mobiliser et développer une équipe de 3 analystes – Jouer un rôle clé dans les initiatives de transformation des outils financiers – Participer activement aux revues stratégiques et comités de direction – Agir comme référence interne pour les enjeux d’affaires financiers
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance in a manufacturing context
Solid experience in costing, budgeting and financial forecasting
Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle or equivalent)
Knowledge of IFRS (an asset)
Excellent understanding of multi-site and multi-currency financial issues
Experience in team management and development
Ability to synthesize and make strategic judgments
Mobilizing leadership in a transforming environment
Bilingualism French/English (frequent international contacts)
