Your responsibilities in a few words!
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers and internal teams – Provide high-level, reliable and professional customer service – Participate in the preparation of and attend customer meetings – Work closely with investment, operations, marketing and compliance teams – Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of deliverables – Maintain data accuracy in the CRM – Coordinate the integration of new customers – Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and communications – Participate in cross-functional projects in line with the profile’s strengths.
Your assets for this position!
Experience in customer service or a related role within a financial company
Good knowledge of financial products and investment strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer requests
Fluency with technology tools and CRM systems
Knowledge of investment account compliance processes
University degree in a relevant field
Strong interest in financial markets and continuous development
Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects
Excellent command of French and English
