Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation for entities in Canada, the United States and Europe – Guarantee compliance with payroll laws and regulations in the various jurisdictions – Manage and adjust payroll data, including leave and deductions – Answer employees’ payroll questions – Correct payroll errors – Produce monthly and year-end reports – Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes – Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve compensation-related disputes.
Your assets for this position!
Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll management in Canada, the USA and Europe
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation or equivalent (asset)
Proficiency in Dayforce payroll management software (formerly Ceridian)
In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and practices in various jurisdictions
Excellent command of Excel, particularly for payroll variation analysis
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime during peak periods
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Bilingualism required
