Your responsibilities in a few words!

Réaliser les activités comptables complexes des comptes payables et recevables – Effectuer les conciliations mensuelles, incluant les comptes intersociétés et les comptes de bilan – Réviser et valider le travail des techniciens comptables afin d’assurer l’exactitude des opérations – Participer aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles – Analyser les écarts et recommander les correctifs appropriés – Accompagner et soutenir les membres de l’équipe dans la résolution de problématiques comptables – Contribuer à l’amélioration continue, à la documentation et à la standardisation des processus financiers – Collaborer avec les équipes des finances, des opérations, des projets et des ressources humaines – Participer à la préparation des analyses financières et des dossiers d’audit.

Your assets for this position!

Have 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Have extensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial closings
Have experience reviewing and approving the work of colleagues in accounting
Demonstrate a good understanding of internal controls and accounting best practices
Mastering Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite of tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Concur (a plus)
Experience in a setting focused on transformation or process improvement (a plus)
Have an interest in or experience in the events or entertainment industry (a plus)
Proficiency in French and functional/professional English
