Your responsibilities in a few words!

Administer customer accounts – Ensure document compliance and reporting – Follow-up on account openings and update files – Manage customer requests and administration – Participate in special projects and process improvements – Provide administrative support to the management team – Maintain a high level of customer service.

Your assets for this position!

University degree or college diploma in business
3+ years’ experience in financial services
Experience in customer assistance and account management
Knowledge of financial instruments
Proficiency in computer tools and Office suite
Organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
Autonomous and proactive
Experience in project management or process improvement (an asset)
Bilingualism required
