Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure the administrative, financial and accounting management of the company and client companies – Perform the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of around 70 companies – Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial dashboards – Lead the audit process and coordinate work with external auditors – Review and participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements – Produce tax reports and supervise government deadlines – Perform specific accounting operations such as mergers, liquidations, opening and closing of
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation, member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec
Five to seven years’ experience in a similar position, including two years in team management
Experience in an accounting firm
Experience in a growing SME, an asset
Sound knowledge of taxation
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a high degree of fluency in Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Quicken, Caseware or Taxprep, an asset
Marked ease with new technologies
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
