Your responsibilities in a few words!

Post month-end closing entries – Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis – Support the accounting team in day-to-day tasks (accounts payable, receivables, billing) – Perform various analyses as requested by the Controller – Document and standardize accounting processes – Collaborate on external audits – Provide administrative support to the accounting department – Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems

Your assets for this position!

DEC in accounting, administration or equivalent training
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in accounts payable or accounting
Experience of the full accounts payable cycle
Good command of Excel, including V searches and pivot tables
Strong analytical skills
Comfort with accounting systems and technological tools
Experience in a high-volume transaction environment
Experience in accounting process improvement
Experience in the manufacturing sector (asset)
Excellent command of French, both oral and written
