Your responsibilities in a few words!
Identify and actively prospect potential customers in the Ontario logistics sector – Establish and develop strategic relationships with key players: 3PLs, integrators and distributors – Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals – Represent the company to the Ontario market and build credibility with the competition – Analyze the Ontario market and identify priority opportunities and segments – Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences – Work closely with the Quebec team and technical teams – Provide strategic feedback to management on local market realities
Your assets for this position!
Significant B2B business development experience
Established and active network in the Ontario logistics community, ideally in the Greater Toronto Area
In-depth knowledge of the Ontario market and key players (3PLs, integrators, distributors)
Proven experience with innovative or disruptive technological solutions
Experience in a start-up or growth environment
Entrepreneurial profile with exceptional autonomy and results orientation
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Excellent adaptability and flexibility in the face of change
Resilience and ease with structural ambiguity
Bilingual English or native language
