Your responsibilities in a few words!
Handle the full range of bookkeeping duties for two legal entities – Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable – Perform bank reconciliations and accounting follow-ups – File GST and QST returns – Participate in the migration, optimization, and maintenance of QuickBooks Online – Work closely with the finance department to support day-to-day operations – Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes – Prepare the reports and analyses necessary for the smooth running of operations
Your assets for this position!
At least 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Excellent proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
Knowledge of GST and QST rebates
Experience working withinan SME or a small team
Ability to manage the accounting for multiple entities
Strong proficiency with IT tools and accounting software
Functional French and professional English
Experience in a process transformation or improvement context
DEC, AEC, or relevant training in accounting
