Your responsibilities in a few words!

Créer et établir l’architecture technique complète d’un nouveau projet from scratch, incluant les choix de langages, stack technologique et infrastructure sur environnement Linux/GCP
Concevoir et développer une solution automatisée et scalable destinée à de multiples clients dans le secteur médical, en remplaçant une approche MVP existante
Bâtir, recruter et diriger une équipe technique de 6 à 10 développeurs qualifiés, en maintenant un équilibre entre les effectifs en développement et en intelligence artificielle
Assurer le mentorat et le développement des compétences de l’équipe tout en maintenant une vélocité de développement élevée malgré des délais serrés
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes UI/UX, Product Owner/Product Manager, Customer Success et les scientifiques spécialisés en intelligence artificielle pour garantir l’intégration optimale des composantes
Gérer le déploiement du projet sur 47 sites en 2025 en coordonnant avec les parties prenantes Scale AI et CISA selon les besoins
Garantir la qualité architecturale, la maintenabilité à long terme et prendre toutes les décisions techniques de façon autonome pour assurer le succès du projet
Adapter rapidement les stratégies de développement dans un environnement changeant tout en maintenant la cohésion et la performance de l’équipe

Your assets for this position!

Proven experience in creating and launching projects from scratch (greenfield) with a complete architecture
Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing technical teams
Solid expertise in backend and frontend development (full-stack)
Knowledge of artificial intelligence or machine learning
Proficiency with the Linux environment and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience at a consulting firm or digital services company with an established network of qualified developers
Knowledge of the medtech sector, life sciences, or highly regulated environments
Experience with grant-funded projects or government programs such as Scale AI
Portfolio demonstrating robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures
Ability to thrive in fast-growing startup environments with tight deadlines
