Your responsibilities in a few words!
Créer l’engouement et évangéliser l’adoption de l’intelligence artificielle auprès d’audiences variées incluant finance, opérations, ventes et logistique
Identifier, prioriser et déployer des cas d’usage IA à haute valeur ajoutée générant des résultats mesurables et rapides à travers différents départements
Former et accompagner des utilisateurs non techniques vers l’autonomie dans l’utilisation d’outils IA, en développant des champions locaux dans chaque département
Établir les fondations de gouvernance IA incluant processus de déploiement sécurisé, documentation standardisée, contrôle des versions et respect des exigences de confidentialité
Travailler en mode matriciel avec les équipes finance, opérations et ventes pour valoriser les données massives résidant dans les systèmes maison
Implémenter des solutions basées sur modèles LLM commerciaux et locaux, en explorant l’hébergement sur infrastructure interne pour les enjeux de confidentialité
Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets IA dans différentes unités d’affaires, en documentant les retombées financières et opérationnelles
Identifier des opportunités de réduction de coûts via automatisation et élimination de licences logicielles coûteuses
Communiquer les succès et apprentissages à travers l’organisation pour maintenir le momentum d’adoption
Your assets for this position!
Substantial experience in deploying, implementing, or promoting AI and automation solutions at the organizational level
A proven track record of process optimization with measurable results and a portfolio of deployed AI use cases
Experience in an operational, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment is highly valued
Practical knowledge of on-premises LLM models and experience deploying AI solutions on internal infrastructure
Experience with proprietary or complex ERP systems and large volumes of data
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms to non-technical audiences
Experience in organizational change management and training non-technical users
Ability to work in a matrix structure, exerting influence without direct hierarchical authority
Highly self-reliant, with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on tangible results
Fluency in business French required
