Your responsibilities in a few words!
Piloter la consolidation financière de plusieurs entités et assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière – Optimiser le processus de clôture mensuelle afin d’en améliorer l’efficacité et de réduire les délais – Renforcer les processus, contrôles internes et outils de support financier – Collaborer avec l’équipe FP&A dans le cadre des budgets, prévisions et analyses financières – Mener l’intégration financière des nouvelles acquisitions et harmoniser les pratiques comptables – Coacher les équipes financières et accompagner les responsables des différentes divisions dans l’amélioration de leurs pratiques – Produire et fiabiliser l’information financière destinée à la haute direction et aux différentes parties prenantes – Transformer les données financières en constats et recommandations permettant d’appuyer la prise de décision – Agir comme partenaire stratégique et opérationnel auprès de la direction financière et des dirigeants d’unités – Participer à différents projets stratégiques liés à la croissance, au financement et à la transformation de la fonction finance
Your assets for this position!
CPA Professional Designation
At least five years of experience in a financial management role, particularly as a controller or director
Practical experience in management and team development
Extensive experience in multi-entity financial consolidation
Experience in a retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environment, or in an industry involving inventory and margin challenges
Previous experience at an accounting firm is considered a significant asset
Experience in the financial integration of acquisitions or in a context of growth through M&A
Experience in financing, refinancing, or dealing with lenders
Reporting to a board of directors or an institutional investor
Advanced proficiency in Excel and professional-level bilingualism in French and English
