Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assurer le traitement quotidien et l’imputation des factures aux bons projets et comptes comptables – Analyser et résoudre les écarts et anomalies liés aux factures – Acheminer les factures aux équipes concernées et effectuer les suivis d’approbation – Vérifier les bons de commande, les réceptions et les documents justificatifs – Effectuer le rapprochement des états de compte fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des factures manquantes – Veiller au respect des modalités de paiement et participer à l’émission des paiements – Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs et assurer un suivi efficace des dossiers – Participer aux activités de fin de mois et à la préparation des régularisations et charges à payer – Maintenir une documentation rigoureuse et structurée dans un contexte de certification – Contribuer activement à l’optimisation et à l’amélioration continue des processus de comptes payables

Your assets for this position!

DEP in Accounting or equivalent training
3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable
At least 3 years of experience with a general construction contractor
Experience with contracts and
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Avantage Intégration software
Experience in improving or optimizing accounts payable processes
Knowledge ofproject-based accounting allocation
Experience handling large and growing volumes of invoices
Professional proficiency in French and functional English
