Your responsibilities in a few words!

Analyser la performance des véhicules d’investissement et produire les rapports investisseurs – Préparer les valorisations trimestrielles des fonds et calculer les indicateurs de performance (IRR, DPI, TVPI, MOIC) – Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des flux de trésorerie des fonds et des investisseurs – Collaborer avec les équipes internationales situées en Europe et en Amérique du Nord – Réviser les états financiers et coordonner les échanges avec les administrateurs de fonds externes – Participer à la préparation des présentations destinées aux investisseurs et comités de valorisation – Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers et opérationnels – Participer à des projets stratégiques liés à la croissance du bureau de Montréal – Effectuer une veille réglementaire liée aux fonds d’investissement privés – Soutenir les opérations de financement, de modélisation et de suivi des transactions

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
0 to 3 years’ relevant experience in finance, auditing, valuation or fund administration
Excellent command of Excel and financial tools
Knowledge of fund performance indicators such as IRR, DPI, TVPI and MOIC
Understanding of investment fund structures and capital cycles
Experience in financial services auditing or in a Big 4 environment, an asset
CPA or CFA designation completed or in progress, an asset
Experience in an international institutional environment, an asset
Bilingualism in French and English required
Knowledge of private markets and private equity, an asset
