Your responsibilities in a few words!
Prendre en charge le traitement des comptes fournisseurs – Effectuer les conciliations bancaires – Assurer la gestion et le suivi des fournisseurs – Effectuer les activités ponctuelles de facturation – Réaliser certaines tâches liées aux taxes à la consommation – Préparer et extraire l’information comptable requise lors de l’audit annuel – Maintenir les opérations comptables courantes – Fournir les documents et informations financières nécessaires selon les besoins de l’équipe – Contribuer à la continuité des activités comptables dans un contexte de transition
Your assets for this position!
Have approximately 5 years or more of experience in accounting
Have experience as an accountant or in similar roles
Be proficient in processing accounts payable
Have solid experience with bank reconciliations
Becomfortable managing and monitoring suppliers
Have a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations
Be able to quickly take on a set of tasks with minimal training
Have knowledge of sales taxes
Becomfortable preparing and retrieving accounting information
Available for a part-time assignment of approximately 4 to 6 hours per week
