About the employer

An established, profitable boutique firm serving a clientele of small and medium-sized businesses in the region, in Montreal, and elsewhere in Quebec. It has built a rare reputation in the cultural sector—including film, television, live entertainment, and media—where it ranks among Quebec’s leading players in cultural tax credits. A very large proportion of Quebec comedy producers do business with the firm. The organization comprises about twenty people, with no hierarchical layers, direct access to the partners, and rapid decision-making. As part of a succession plan and growth strategy, the firm is strengthening its leadership team. The current partners have themselves risen through the ranks internally, from professionals to directors, then to partners and majority shareholders. The person hired will directly influence planning, processes, and team development, with the potential to advance into a leadership role within the firm.
