Your responsibilities in a few words!
Assurer la direction et la continuité des opérations financières – Superviser les clôtures mensuelles, la préparation des états financiers et la production des rapports destinés au groupe international – Gérer la trésorerie et élaborer les prévisions de liquidités à court, moyen et long terme – Agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès de la haute direction et formuler des recommandations financières – Préparer et présenter les analyses financières au comité de direction – Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe comptable dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle – Piloter l’amélioration des processus financiers et participer à l’implantation de nouveaux systèmes comptables et budgétaires – Assurer la fiabilité des données financières et la gouvernance des systèmes – Gérer les relations avec les auditeurs, les institutions financières et les différentes parties prenantes – Contribuer à la planification budgétaire et à l’optimisation des pratiques financières – Assurer la conformité des informations financières et répondre aux exigences de reporting du groupe
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Significant experience as a finance director, CFO, or senior corporate controller
Experience preparing financial reports for a parent company, ideally a publicly traded company
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, a major asset
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, for communications with international teams
Experience in the professional services sector, an asset
Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, a plus
Experience in team management and supporting financial transformations
Experience in implementing accounting systems and optimizing financial processes
Immediate availability for a temporary, 3-month assignment (renewable)
Ideally, full-time availability, or 3 to 4 days per week
