Your responsibilities in a few words!

Participer à la gestion du cycle comptable complet et à la préparation des écritures comptables – Effectuer les conciliations de comptes et contribuer aux fermetures mensuelles et annuelles – Collaborer à la préparation des états financiers et au suivi des résultats – Participer au processus budgétaire et à l’implantation d’outils de gestion financière – Produire des analyses de coûts, des analyses comparatives et des rapports financiers pour soutenir les opérations – Assurer le suivi des dépenses, des revenus et des initiatives de réduction de coûts – Réviser les opérations liées aux comptes fournisseurs et clients afin d’assurer la fiabilité des données financières – Coordonner les suivis avec les équipes internes pour favoriser le respect des échéances de facturation – Soutenir les activités de recouvrement, de facturation et de gestion des inventaires – Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus comptables et à l’implantation d’un nouveau système de gestion – Collaborer étroitement avec le contrôleur financier et agir comme personne-ressource auprès de l’équipe comptable – Participer à la préparation des dossiers de vérification annuelle et veiller au respect des normes comptables applicables

Your assets for this position!

Degree in accounting or business administration with a concentration in accounting (DEP, AEC, DEC, or university degree), or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in an accounting technician role or similar position
Solid mastery of the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings
Experience in budget management and management accounting
Recent experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Advanced professional-level bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
Experience reviewing accounting work or coordinating a team’s operations
Experience implementing an accounting system or ERP
Experience in cost analysis, process improvement, or supporting annual audits, ideally in a transportation or logistics environment
