Marie-Ève has led Kenova for over 10 years. She specializes in executive search for strategic mandates. Her area of expertise: sensitive positions, where internal political dynamics or the scarcity of the sought-after profile complicate the search. She quickly reads the real motivations behind a vacancy, the ones no job description captures, and negotiates with a finesse that makes the difference in competitive processes. A Persolog DISC Master Trainer and leadership coach, she assesses team fit as much as technical skills, a rare angle that reduces the risk of hiring mistakes at the executive level. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Université Laval and is CRHA-certified.

Originally from Guadeloupe, Davyna developed her recruitment expertise in Paris before joining Kenova in 2018. With over 12 years of experience in human resources, including more than 10 years dedicated to recruitment, she has risen through every level of the firm to the title of partner. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management specialized in recruitment and is DISC Persolog certified, supporting organizations of all sizes with their talent acquisition challenges. Her approach rests on listening, understanding business realities, and lasting alignment between skills, ambitions, diversity, and organizational culture.

Claudia brings nearly 20 years of experience, combining expertise in international talent acquisition, executive search, and strategic development, notably in specialized mandates tied to finance and investment functions, alongside a background in corporate finance. A CPA, she has also served as partner and CFO at a growing startup, where she led the finance, administrative, and human resources functions. At the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, she drove talent acquisition strategies and contributed to recruiting investment leaders, specialized functions, and board members for portfolio companies. She now supports organizations in executive search and strategic talent recruitment.

Maxime brings over 20 years of experience in the technology ecosystem and now leads Kenova’s IT division. He has supported growing companies, ambitious SMEs, and large-scale organizations in hiring key talent in software development, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. His practice spans the North American and European markets, with deep knowledge of the Toronto and Ontario talent pool, notably through workshops he has led on the province’s most dynamic IT sectors. His credibility with decision-makers and investors, along with his concrete understanding of technology environments, make him a trusted partner for the most complex mandates.
