Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform daily reconciliation of transactions with brokers and trustees – Coordinate resolution of discrepancies and operational issues with internal and external stakeholders – Reconcile deposits and withdrawals and ensure accuracy of data in the portfolio management system – Coordinate account openings and asset transfers – Follow up on settlement of transactions with partners – Produce reports for managers and clients – Verify compliance of portfolios with investment policies – Contribute to documentation and application of policies and controls – Ensure compliance of portfolios with investment policies and controls. Follow up transaction settlement with partners – Produce reports for managers and clients – Verify portfolio compliance with investment policies – Contribute to the documentation and application of compliance policies and controls – Participate in the implementation and optimization of internal systems, including a new technological tool – Support quarterly invoicing and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, back-office or fund administration in a financial environment
Proficiency in portfolio transactions and reconciliation processes
Experience in interacting with brokers, trustees or financial institutions
Knowledge of portfolio management compliance procedures and controls
Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with a portfolio management system (a strong asset)
Securities Trading Course (CSC), an asset
Experience in accounting or investment fund administration, an asset
Fluent French and functional English
