Your responsibilities in a few words!

Improve business segment visibility through strategic initiatives – Collaborate in the implementation of the FP& A framework, optimize reporting systems and refine internal processes – Generate actionable ideas to improve business management efficiencyA framework, optimize reporting systems and refine internal processes – Generate actionable ideas to improve business management efficiency – Oversee and improve the standard costing process for assessing customer profitability – Play a crucial role within the finance team, actively contributing to the forecasting process – Ensure in-depth monitoring, analysis and reporting of achievements and variances – Lead the monthly business review for various segments – Provide business insights based on individual business segment performance – Track and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to assess financial and operational success – Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and various departments – Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with business unit and functional leaders.

Your assets for this position!

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
- CPA designation is an asset
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FP&A or analytical functions in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power Query
- Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and functional French required
