Your responsibilities in a few words!

Manage and account for variable and incentive compensation programs – Prepare and analyze month-end entries related to bonuses and accruals – Ensure accuracy of provisions and reconciliations associated with compensation – Collaborate with finance and HR teams to validate compensation data – Actively participate in quarterly and annual closing processes – Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation – Optimize and challenge processes related to variable compensation – Produce detailed financial analyses. Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA designation completed or in progress (an asset)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or compensation
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SAP (an asset)
Experience in variable compensation or incentive programs (an asset)
Experience in the financial services or institutional sector (an asset)
Experience in preparing complex accruals (an asset)
Bilingualism in French and English
