Your responsibilities in a few words!

Execute month-end revenue process and analyze results – Troubleshoot revenue posting process in ERP (NetSuite) – Analyze monthly billed revenue and report preparation – Monitor various revenue initiatives – Reconcile payroll and associated accounts – Perform prepaid amortization process as well as expense allowances – Analyze payroll monthly – Assist management with reporting responsibilities, including U.S. GAAP adjustments – Maintain monthly consolidated reporting files and perform monthly balance sheet and P&L analysis – Review currency movements and intercompany transactions – Prepare sales tax reports and assist with government tax requests – See to bank reconciliations – Support budget forecasting and activities, as required – Update cash flow forecasts – Help create new internal accounting policies and maintain existing ones – Sales tax/VAT returns and GL posting – Review daily processes and tasks to speed up and improve workflow – Participate in planning and implementation of selected software solutions to improve operational efficiency – Support audit requests, monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and cash flows

Your assets for this position!

  • Hold a CPA designation
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in auditing or accounting, in a company or firm
  • Master the Office Suite (advanced Excel)
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or an ERP system (assets)
  • Experience with USGAAP (asset)
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (asset)
  • Bilingualism: required
