Your responsibilities in a few words!

Contribute to strategic tax planning for a business clientele – Manage mandates related to trusts, reorganizations, estates and shareholder integration – Participate in the firm’s growth through high value-added advice – Work in synergy with in-house lawyers, notaries and tax specialists – Offer customized tax support to entrepreneurs – Ensure a rigorous and structured advisory role – Collaborate on cross-functional projects with a 360° approach.

Your assets for this position!

Training in law or notarial studies supplemented by a D.E.S.S. or a Master’s degree in taxation
Member of the Québec Bar or the Chambre des notaires
5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role in taxation
Expertise in transactional or estate taxation (an asset)
Knowledge of trusts and reorganizations (an asset)
Familiarity with mandates for SMEs or shareholder integration
Knowledge of business law (an asset)
Experience in a multidisciplinary firm (an asset)
Bilingualism required
